Lockouts consist of two half moons that completely cover valve handwheels. They’re made of strong dielectric polypropylene plastic that is highly resistant to cracking and abrasion as well as extreme temperature changes (-50°F to 360°F). They’re easily modified for rising-stem-type valves too. Red.
