Prices

Prices listed online are retail prices only and do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. For wholesale pricing, contact Safety Supplies Unlimited’s branch in the NJ area.

Sales Tax

Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes. If tax exempt, a valid sales tax certificate will be required.

Payment and Credit Terms

Safety Supplies Unlimited (SSU) accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For customers with established SSU credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick-up of products.

Termination

The Client may at any time, for cause, terminate a contract by giving 30-days written notice of termination to SSU, and in such event:SSU shall, upon receipt of such written notice:1) Stop work on the date specified in the notice (“the Effective Date”);2) Give official notice of their termination to the appropriate municipal agencies.The Client shall immediately pay any and all outstanding invoices and any projected amounts up to the end of the 30-day period.SSU may at any time without cause terminate an agreement as its sole discretion by giving notice.

Return Policy

For shipped goods: Items must be returned in unopened, original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 3 days. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Custom ordered items maybe not be returned. Depending on product there may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are special ordered. Please see sales associate for details.

In-Store purchases: Items must be returned in unopened original, new condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Custom ordered items may not be returned. Exchange Policy

Freight charges may vary pending item quantity and size. Orders may ship out via Fedex or UPS. Please allow 6-7 business days for items to arrive. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. If expedited shipping is needed please see sales associate for details. For any technician delivery there will be a base charge of $50.00. This option is available for Central NJ/NY Metro Safety supplies and Fire safety customers only.

Refund policy

Refunds will only be given if a product is returned if the original item has all original packaging and no signs of use. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to see a refund posted when utilizing credit or debit transactions. If an item was purchased cash, SSU can either give store credit or the original cash amount. SSU will not give a cash refund for a credit card purchase.

Payment terms

Items are to be paid in full upon checkout online or for an in-store purchase. SSU is able to provide net 30 terms to companies and organizations that apply. Credit check may be required. Store credit will not be given unless a credit application is filled out and an assessment has been performed by our accounting department. Once approved store credit will be determined.

Disclosure

SSU reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

No warranty

Products provided by SSU are in no way warranted against any manufactured defect from date of purchase.
